This is an old definition of a BOD. In he old days the shareholders may have elected the BOD now the BOD select the shareholders depending what they need. . Retail to start off because instos wont touch you. when you're up and going, ditch retail in favour of instos. this is done by stagnating the SP with multiple CR to instos only at discount prices. in return instos support pay increases and bonus shares. win win.
