Q. Why did the Non Exec Chair resign earlier and not with the Board which resigned en masse at the end of the day? Something does not smell right!!! IIMO, the Chair resigned becos of disagreement with the MD and would have done so irrespective of votes cast and the Board resigned en masse becos they did not have the votes supporting them!! Just my tuppence worth

It will be interesting to see what information the new board releases to the market. I have no doubts it will be contrary to what has been reported!!
