Do you know what a shooting star is? I see an attempted breakout and failure. A shooting star is a reversal pattern not a continuation pattern. Also, candle patterns are not as relevant on low volume stocks.
You also said small raising. The raise was oversubscribed meaning they raised more then they were asking for. Not sure what you mean?
I saw this CR to be quiet positive maybe I'm wrong though.
