The share price is continuously declining and board has completely failed. It is better to sell the company to some market leader like A2M at good deal, if board really cares for share holders and really want them to give potential relief. I still think share price will bounce back to 25c-30c range and selling it now may fetch some good return. I can only see the savage in selling the company in good solid hands.
