I have to agree, I think anything else is nonsense. The quick easy money has gone. Still plenty of fat, but when you need to throw down a premium what price??
The brokers are saying NO way will there be any kind of link to LLL SP during an offer period likely 3-6 months.
It will be a straight premium, and hope nothing comes along to drive the SP way higher. I just cant see that working TBH
