Bub board need to severely cut down costs and if required cut down the size of operations and get labour costs under control even if required staff and management lay offs.
The new board need to put out strategic plan and wipe off all the legacies of Kirsty and Dennis they have destroyed the company.
The board should also investigate Kirsty and Dennis as well .
