We are yet to know which party threw the toys out of the pram causing the situation with summons or if it has anything to do with a failure of the TKF technology.
You are correct in that the CT scenario was no success.... remembering the machines in question to CT were custom builds which were maybe promoted to market a bit to soon.... who knows. Maybe JL has the answers?
