My point was there's little point in proving logistics 8 months short of production, you'd only have to start from scratch again later.
Better to be shipping two shiploads of DSO from 3 months out, and right up to first production - then you get to keep all the drivers, rigs, systems that you've proven it up with.

DSO this year was mostly about the money - we no longer need it.

Anyway, it's not up to me. Whatever they think works best, I'll be fine with.
