Great announcement, qpm could rename to 'ducks in row.' Company has consistently delivered. HPA was raised as an issue by some due to silence, but as I say no news does not mean bad news. Unfortunately though i feel the price is rigid until funding now. Money is expensive, retail shareholders not so easily sold into a dream.
If funding ticks im looking forward to watching the buy in, will be a nice day for all.
