Thanks, Helios. I get what you're saying; that modelling the resource as a solid block takes account of the ins and outs such that the 'missing' areas within the block are compensated for by the likelihood of extensions into the surrounding areas. So the figures I used in my previous post, which were something like those quoted by others, when multiplied out - 850 x 250 x 50 x 2.7 - would equate to around 28.7Mt which would obviously require a fair bit of mineralisation in the surrounding rock to compensate for the voids within the block. Then there are the probable east and west extensions, footwall mineralisation, etc, which I presume is how estimates of around 50Mt are being mused. No doubt by the end of the year the company's geos will have enough data to be able to give the market a fairly reliable estimate. Thanks again.
