I wouldn’t call any retailer to have “no debt”. Just their massive lease liability is money they have to keep paying regardless of how well the business is. And aren’t these guys growing more stores? That’s throwing out more cash upfront hoping business will grow. Hope They have enough cashflow to cover the next 12-18month before economy will pick up again.
