i never said he was going to leave nor do i think he will, but if he has been offered a salary and bonus of X at another company which is materially higher than what he is on at WBT then he is allowed to inform the board the board of this, especially if it has happened on a few occassions and i wouldnt be suprised of that seeing how good his track record is.
Don't be so sensitive and jump to conclusions, this thread was pretty constructive until your comment came along.
