G'day S8,nasty indeed.The oceans seem to take a back seat on the environmental priorities.
So much concentration on what goes into the air,but not the constant abuse the oceans suffer.
I wonder if they've looked into the possibility,that whales live shorter lives as a consequence,or are they a chemical "sink".
The japs could be killing the very thing that might save us.
Whilst on the subject,there's a great doco/film dvd,out now called Whaledreamers,shot mainly in Aus.Worth a look,concerning many world indigenous tribes, connection to the whale. Cheers
