Aus clay explorers are sketchy in nature. Infancy of the field. VTM does have high grade HREE which is a key point of difference. If the sector is successful VTM at least does have the goods to make it possible.
Baking does add additional costs via leaching alone but the leach time becomes only 2 hours and the LREE and HREE recoveries then become awesome and 200c is a pretty low baking temp so it seems pretty good to me.
