MMR is still not back up and trading yet so I personally think this delay is working just fine for Mr Breeze to get that up and running in time for a decision on PEP11.Holders of MMR would all be wanting to be alive and trading at that time.I personally think the decision has already been established from negotiations on the court ruling between the parties as I can't believe the companies involved would win the case hands down and wouldn't be receiving compensation for delays and damage to reputations and when you think of it it's purely lucky that the companies involved are still around today to still be operating as the kick in the guts that Scomo did would send most small companies losing their main hope or permit into bankruptcy and administration.Only my opinion .Look forward to a new financial year as I had a great ride with NWE this year and hoping this permit will provide a great ride next year.Cheers and hold tight.
