i think you are right on the money, saying there's a lot of uncertainty in the market and over cautious investors. Im seeing a lot of significant, price sensitive anns come out on many quality stocks, and their SP's barely move. Eg. Yesterday TLG said they had secured 150 million euros debt funding. Huge news, but their SP just notched up a tad yesterday, down today. Crazy stuff. And many small caps have SP's that appear to be in hibernation. My view is to just stick to quality, those with excellent fundamentals. Market will recover soon enough.
