I hold BPH and MMR. IMO MMR re-listing will not occur until after NOPTA decision since to get relisted MMR will need to show asset value (demonstrated by BPH SP and value) and then MMR needs to show liquidity to ASX. Much better for MMR holders to do placement to raise this liquidity (?$1M) at higher price (and less dilution) based on BPH share price after NOPTA approval.
