It seems that the 30th of June would be a date upon which the facility becomes operational. One interpretation is that this date, June 30 is the date upon which a future date for the commencement of drawdown would be determined. given that July 24, the AGM for shareholder approval, is the final requirement for conditions precedent, this may result in the first payment potentially being received late July, early August, leaving four months approximately, for the development and production of mineral concentrate. So, although June 30 is the expected date upon which the facility becomes active, the receipt of funds may be delayed until late July early August.
