Gillard is not about fixing anything that the states got wrong. The royalties will stay in place but the FEDS will attempt to take off a set of revenue on top of everything else for their own budget top up.
They cant actually do that without the states consent.
There will be High Court battles.
The states own the stuff and Vic doesnt get to share the WA resources without agreement.
