Interesting idea!
While it would be great to see an immediate bump in SP, I think we would get a bigger bang for buck if they can achieve that 18-24 month goal. Let's say 24 months - 30% ARR growth. 90M*1.3*1.3= 150M. 20% EBITDA = 30M. We are looking at a much higher valuation at that stage. IF they can get there in 2 years...
