Sorry. Slightly off topic. But received the EGM 'Make your Vote Count' letter yesterday. For the first time I'm taking this seriously and going through the voting procedures. I do want my vote to count on these ones... particularly where Dir remuneration is concerned.Can someone help pls - if I don't want the Chairman of the Meeting voting for me... I'm asked to nominate another "Appointee". Does any one know who or what that should be? Do I say GT3Lou?
Or that Corp Governance retired professional who was writing a few days back (made a lot of sense)?
