I'm surprised by the hype and attention the trolls and yourself are trying to create around this meaningless witch hunt. This matter has been put to bed in the past and nothing was afoul with any practices.
The point you're discussing is not focused on MNS only, it's regarding broad ASX practices...
The SP is down due to many factors but the elephant in the room is the securing of the factory location, that, and that alone, is causing anxiety in holders due to the criticality of holding Tesla as a client.
Once this property is secured I think we will see a turn around, weak hands are being exposed
