    In March, "non-conforming" mortgages (let's say subprime) 90-day arrears was 0.77%; In April, 1.07%, and now in May 1.69%. So, in two months, 90 day arrears as increased by 0.92%. Sure, the absolute rate is not high, but the rate of acceleration is noteworthy (2.2 times greater).

    Over the same time period, prime mortgages 90-day arrears increased from 0.56% to 0.71%. Much smaller rate of increase, as one would expect.

    In July 2019 (pre-covid), the prime 90-day arrears was 0.33% and subprime 0.51%.

    As this fund reports stats on a monthly basis, it's a good one to follow for the monthly updates.
