SBM retains its international mines and now as SBM share holders own part GMD somewhere around 20% if I recall. The cash received pays out SBMs det obligations and all other claims against the company, considering the loss of the 10million ounce LEANORA PRECINCT mining operation, the share price is holding up well, for now. MAYBE THE CLOWN SHOW CAN RUN WHATS LEFT OF THE CIRCUS AT A PROFIT NOW. F K THE LAND PIRATE.
