I very much doubt a company that‘s financed through mid 2024 only (hardly 12 months out!) would be cheered up by the stock market if they came up with the bold idea of spending the scarce cash resources they have on a share buy back. Just to announce a CR early 2024?
No way, I‘d say.
They have to focus on getting the enrollment done. Nothing else.
