Its a funny one but if i was to find some sense in it i would say it is anything that is seen to belittle someone by using position of power physical strength influence or fairness of play.If you were say in media and you used your position to influence an outcome i would say that was would be an example.If you used something within your means to develope an unfair outcome would best describe this unaustralian thing but then again who knows its like many of our words being taken out of context doctored etc when speacking in public now that is australian media and we accept it .It could be used for anything if the person stating it can put it in such away that the message is clear what they are using the word for. Say if you can afford to not use the public system of airing your views via means that is used by general public .I think when people use the media by taking out a full page in the paper to air thier veiws instead of using the letters to the editor would be an unaustralian thing to do.I can say i have never used it but understand why people do.A good example is that back hander mentioned.
