If you already held millions of shares, and you knew the data coming up was stellar. And as a result, weren't concerned about the current state of the SP. Would you be motivated to buy more shares on market as a member of the mgmt team? Would you feel a need to do it to calm the nervous mums and dads?
If the data was good enough that the potential of CF33 would initiate a monumental paradigm shift in how we treat cancer, why buy more?
