I am not sure we would need to waste money on their distribution channels. They want to market mainly to VIC & NSW from memory anyways.
Two options I see are b2b or b2c.
B2C:
Buyers would be Elders, Nutrien & other ag merch stores. They then distribute to their network.
B2B:
Sell straight to end user. Complicated but I presume possible with a few large warehouses in major centres. Rail network key for both obviously. From there, freight companies would handle delivery.
We absolutely don't need any of their existing contacts etc.
