I'm not having a go at all as I see the transaction on paper as a positive one for BCN but the directors do come out on top here. The reality is that no one wants to buy BCN - its only existing holders really there is no new shareholder interest in this stock even with these apparent company maker deals going on. 3.8 billion shares on issue and soon another 400m options and there's 6.8m on the buy line.

Time they started paying attention to the share price and sort out this register as I'm not far from closing my 14 year investment here. I can see a lot of positives with this company moving forward and can also see no appreciation in share price as well. I can do better with that money than let it sit an other couple of years on hope of dividends with no capital growth projection.

That's the reality of hard decisions that will need to be made both by the directors to get this moving and by yourselves as shareholders.
