$4mil to last 2yrs, that means they are going to keep with the same shit slow strategy of starting & stopping work, moving project to project hoping they hit something, waiting months for them to get back on the ground, market loses interest in their projects, sp stays a disaster like it has to date, they dont seem to have confidence in their projects to do continuous works
