Skol things have a history of going up more than you ever reasonably expect possible. 7 years ago i could of bought any number of houses in Newman WA for under $50 000 then they went up to 100 000 and people started selling, But others were buying, before you new it they were 200 000 ad people were still buying ( people like me were saying Madness it can collapse just as quick as it went up in these mining towns ) Crikey another year later and would you believe it3- 400 000. It can,t possibly go higher people are gonna get burnt. Another 12-18 months 600 000 and still people buying, new houses still being built and sold for 750 -800 000 now and people are still buying. Sure it will go down and maybe collapse one day (but when ) sure wish i ,d bought a few at 50-200 000 . count myself lucky though at least i bought one.
