No it doesnt.
It just shows how poorly thought out the initial milestone was, there was a fair degree of backlash on here for such a stupid milestone and I'd say there were probably some phone calls being had on the topic. So much waffle around here and now trading at 0.0055 now so looking very sad indeed.
