Get yourself a plan and stick to it this is mine:
1. Sell 100k shares and free carry
2. Sell a further 300-400k @ 50-60c then invest the proceeds on researched companys
3. Save the majority until production $1.50 - $2 a share
But that is just me for my SMSF so happy researched gambling
