abitlikeme: I would tend to assume that a selling to Imugene is the one on Baker's mind. In fact, perhaps getting involved in former EMS / SUD etc. by Paul Hopper and re-naming it ALA was all just for the purpose of having some stuff 'at arm's length' and able to be taken-over (or rather into the fold) IF or hopefully WHEN some really positive results will come about... Otherwise, of course no t/o needed...
So the essential issue is that ALA needs to become successful, of course.
