Tennessee style peach pudding:
In a casserole bake the following at 200 c to your liking:
Six cups diced peaches.
1 cup water.
⅓ cup maple syrup.
3 tablespoons smoked butter.
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon.
½ teaspoon salt.
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg.
Serve with sponge cake Chantilly cream or custard.
