As you say, I think the fall back in SXL share price is due to people realising that the A1N stake is more likely a blocking stake in SXL than a first step in a takeover.
How exactly is this in A1N shareholders' interests one might reasonably ask?
One reason I mostly avoid the whole media sector despite some fundamentals periodically looking ok. Whether it's TV or Radio it's more often about influence peddling and egos than shareholder returns.
