I dont know what the draw downs amount to, but certain the 1st tranche has been drawn as per post court advices.
Are you saying they never needed the loan?
What was the point of not allowing VA to run its course via PWC? They seemed to had made progress.
On another note:
Final IDSB payment remains unpaid ( no advice to the contrary) it was due on confirmation of AG code/ licence renewal as I understand it back in April?
Personally l believe we been played since the 50m CR and just seems no reason to believe the games are over.
