Good read GMT, answers some of the first question.It is kind of a stock standard "any period in which the board deems". I still would like to know what determines that, like trial data etc.
Hopefully the response gives us a better insight into that determination.
Last on market trade I could find was June 2022 from Charles Walker. 128,000 shares (approx. 15c at the time).
