The properties that dont sell on the day on buyer bids generally sell in a couple of days after the auction. The overall clearance rate for the week is actually around 70-80%.

A couple of the property forums I visit have found anomalies in REIV and APM data indicating that some of the current weeks clearance percentage has actually come from previous weeks auctions...so I would suggest that if previous weeks data is included on the current week, then the REAL Saturday clearance is actually lower than the parties with vested interests are reporting...
spot on UT, But most of the bears on this forum wouldn't know that, as most are theoretical experts. Never owned a property, probably never will because they are too caught up in the scaremongering articles presented on a daily basis.
