The possibility of animal treatment was asked at a conference earlier in the year (it's also been discussed on the forum here and posed earlier).
When asked at the conference - IMU/LC was pretty emphatic that there was no interest at all in going down this path. There were various reasons why this was the case (can't remember now) however it seemed reasonable - at the time - to see why they would not go down this path.
Interesting thought - but I think its a false trail.
