Constant wall building on the sell side whenever this looks like going on a run.. cheap trades to drop us a pip at close. Dwindling comms from management.. ie drill results?? Dwindling divi payments.. all contribute to a falling share price over the last few years.
The takeover threat here is the directors themselves taking it private.
