    Each financial year some stocks are oversold because individuals & corporations want to realisze their tax losses prior to June 30th. One stock that fits this bill is ISF.
    ISF does have issues it will have to address in the coming months but in the short term some of the price drop is related to institutional selling plus the margin call on Mr.Cohen shareholding. The market didn't like this news on Friday & the stock sold as low as 13.5 cents.
    ISF is a very speculative stock but I am prepared to take a position for a short term trade.
