We note that the current directors must be getting a bit concerned, as they have resorted to emailing the shareholders asking them to specifically “Abstain from Resolution 5”.
Peter Newcomb states that “This resolution is basically meaningless in any event”, this resolution is not meaningless and that statement is misleading.
The reason we have proposed Resolution 5, is to prevent Ed Edwards and Peter Newcomb appointing additional friends or family to the board prior to the shareholders meeting, if they do elect to appoint additional directors before the meeting it is pretty poor form, they should wait and let the shareholders decide the make up of the board
