Can you give gist of the article (it's behind a paywall).

Trying to understand what the argument for giving up a banking licence.....just seems a no brainer that Tyro can see the cashflow in real time going through the business (well at least the receipts), and they would be in a decent position to capture the banking relationship as well as understand if the business can afford any loans etc.....you only need to see how profitable the existing banks are to understand that a small and nimble operation that does not rely on bricks and mortar and that has ready access to 60k odd existing clients could start to build a adjacent decent business.
