I disagree with you on this occasion. BGs interests lie elsewhere, They acquired a small cap JV and
probably just took their sweet ass time deciding that it has no relevance to their goals.

PXA has paid $4M and pulled out of the agreement, so we get that cash for free, now not having to share with PXA any commercial success. This is great, free money!

Why would we care if BG walks? They have nothing to do with our plans, never have. Im not concerned with their withdrawal at all.

In other news, my finances allowed a small purchase of my own today, so CB is not the only one.
