You could look, at it that ESI did get a cheque in that Tincom has committed to pay for the feasability study. Once this is done it will enable ESI to more easily sell the plants globally. There is a chance that the deal could not proceed, however we must remeber that Tincom is a Vietnamese company. vietnam is still a communist country where politics and business is interwined. Tincom had to get the prime ministers apporval for the funds, and had the Minister out for the signing. a lot of political capital has been spent, and I would imagine the price for failure is high.
I believe the next biggest hurdle for ESI is to convince the institutions to come on board. I would like to know if the company is planning any inst presentations
