Probability again if could speek would more than likely tell more than one tale as to why IMU shareprice is as is.

The question tho is as stated before in my last post.

What value can be derived from a key person or persons in management of a publicly listed company such as a director ect. loaning out shares for another entity to possibly short the company.

And as Eileendover has brilliantly highlighted what point does transparency play.

When answering the above questions ask yourself where does the moral compass fit in to the equation.

Again im certainly not implying any wrong doing by anyone as i have no real idea with the resources at my fingertips however if anyone suspected any wrong doing then the correct way to go about easing these suspicious thoughts would be to Contact ASIC and let them do what they are paid to do.

As always best do your own reasearch as this is just my opinion and nothing else. And as i have said before i do get things wrong from time to time.
