hi Timber, clearly there is no relationship unless its some sort of 'double-blind', I wasn't going to comment on your post, however, I thought in the interest of all that are invested in this space although it might appear somewhat trivial it might be beneficial to those that might not fully appreciate the point you are making here, so I thought I might emphasize the point as well, that I also recall that comment being made that FT thought we (AVZ) were here for a quick define the resource (prove up) and flip it for a profit.

Now if FT was told (by either his ministers or some of the dodgy Chinese players wanting in or other) or felt there was some sort of handshake agreement along those lines with AVZ from the outset, that may go some way to explaining in part why he thinks it is satisfactory to pretend or in the interests of clear communication, 'act like a complete fg ostrich' by sticking his head in the sand and being what appears to me to be scared s...l..s to even utter the letters AVZ let alone have a frank and proper conversation with NF to resolve this issue, or maybe he has and we have not been told.

It seems to me that your comment/observation as small and unnoticeable to many here might be it is, in fact, the most likely reason and probably key to this entire (s...show) of why the 'Stand-Off at OK corral' it certainly reminds me of TOMBSTONE, with an abundance of tumbleweed in ample supply blowing down the streets and posts of AVZ with Mr no mining license for you (reminds me of the soup nazi) because I don't have the N..s well grow a pair and simply say 'well AVZ you AVZ did all the work, you AVZ took ALL the risk and clearly no one else was up for it so here is your mining license, sorry for the ridiculous delay it took me a little while for them to drop! but I realise the buck stops me, I'm the boss, I'm the leader, I'm el Presidente, let's get this show on the road'.

ps FT, if you don't get this show on the road soon, you sir will be on the hook for one humungous lawsuit, NOT the Chinese, the DRC Gov! its ALL on you.
