My first line refers to BOA.

The next paragraph refers to "another company" (clue in the words "unlike another one of my stocks") .
I was trying to make the point that BOA had the mindset to have a 'rabbit up their sleeve' to keep the SP above the CR price whereas my "other company" did not have the foresight and the SP lagged below the CR price during the CR period resulting in a very poor take up and consequentially just two weeks after the CR shares were issued are trading at a 20% discount to the CR price. Making the point that BOA directors are more 'street wise"!
