I'm sure everybody was stockpiling dirty graphite knowing the EU would get tough on Chinese imports later rather than sooner.
i hope those appeals are finished today and work can commence asap. More pressure on all parties and China gets a free giggle at us all if the mine doesn't go ahead waiting for appeals.
